  • Latitude/Longitude Conversion Utility – This Federal Communications Commission utility permits the user to convert latitude and longitude between decimal degrees and degrees, minutes, and seconds.
  • Google Maps Latitude, Longitude Popup – This is a great website for finding the latitude and longitude of a place or for finding a place when the only information you have is latitude and longitude.

  • MapQuest – Get maps and business directory listings. View satellite photos and aerial maps. Display an address on a map, find nearby restaurants and business directory listings. Explore street maps and cities.
  • Online Map Creation – You may create maps interactively at this site. Fill out the form, submit your entries and a page with the desired map will be returned to your browser. The maps are actually created by the "Generic Mapping Tools" (GMT). This means a PostScript* version is drawn first which you can download onto your harddisk after completion. The PNG–version (the one you get to see in your browser window) may be saved by terms of your browser.
